I had to put it "together" when I got home. I did not start working
on it direct because of the tractor that is lurking in the garage door,
actually I built one more tractor after this one.
But today IV started working with the Ford Coupe again. But IV done
some repairs during the year that have gone by, and that's the reason the
parts is not sandblasted because I saved that part until now. Since I didn't
want to store the car outside if it was sandblasted and primed only.
As you can see there was a bit of rust to take care of.
A bit on the way, I had to replace the complete floor.
See what I mean.
The rear fenders needed some work also.
A bit of Bondo on this and it will look like new. Its a good way to learn your metal shaping skills by getting something as bad as this. I'm not a Ron Cowbell yet but I'm working on it, I now I will not bee half as good as Ron but its still very fun to achieve something that at least reassembles the original parts.
The doors needed to be attended also.
I have taken away the running boards so IV lengthens the door 4-cm, in the bottom.
